As a child, I was always in awe of my mother's love for the holidays and shopping. During the holidays I would accompany my mother from store-to-store and mall-to-mall, admiring the beautiful decorations. She’d always point out how beautifully wrapped each Christmas gift was underneath the holiday display. The colorful ribbon that adorned and draped the wrapped gifts always caught my eye.
